What is a DIY Flower Studio Box?
Our DIY Flower Studio Box is a bulk flower box filled with 100+ fresh, florist-grade stems, perfect for DIY flower arranging, weddings, showers, parties, and more. The flowers are farm-fresh and delivered directly to your door, ready for you to design and create your own stunning arrangements.
What types of flowers are included?
Each box is carefully curated with seasonal flowers, which may include varieties like roses, carnations, alstroemeria, stock flower, statice, hypericum, and lush greenery. Exact varieties and colors may vary based on availability, ensuring you receive the freshest, highest-quality blooms possible.
Are the flowers pre-arranged?
No, the flowers arrive unarranged and in protective packaging. They are meant for you to style as you like—whether for centerpieces, bouquets, or a DIY flower bar!
Ordering & Customization
Can I choose specific flower colors or varieties?
Our boxes are seasonally curated, so we can’t guarantee exact colors or flower varieties. However, each box is designed within the specified color palette and possible flower varieties to provide a cohesive, beautifully balanced selection of blooms. If our curated boxes don't have what you're looking for, you can make a custom order request.
Can I order multiple boxes for a large event?
Absolutely! We also pass along the increased bulk discounts when you order 2 or more boxes.
Do you offer refunds or replacements?
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive damaged or poor-quality blooms, please contact us at hello@flowerstudioco.com within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right!
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse, NY and surrounding regions as south Ithaca, Elmira, Corning and Jamestown, NY. If you’re outside this area, stay tuned—we’re working on expanding our shipping zones!
When should I schedule delivery for my event?
We recommend scheduling your DIY Flower Studio Box to arrive at least 2 days before your event. This allows time for the flowers to properly hydrate and bloom to their fullest beauty.
How will my flowers be packaged?
Your flowers will arrive in a large protective box (approx. 38"x12"x5" and 13 lbs) with stems carefully wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Flower Care & Preparation
How do I care for my flowers once they arrive?
Follow these simple steps to ensure your blooms look their best:
- Unbox: Remove flowers but keep protective packaging on.
- Trim: Cut stems at a 45-degree angle and remove leaves below the waterline.
- Hydrate: Place stems in water for at least 2 hours in a cool space before removing protective packaging.
- Arrange & Enjoy!
How long will the flowers last?
With proper care, your flowers should last 5-7 days. Some varieties may bloom longer, while delicate flowers may fade sooner. Keeping them hydrated and in a cool space away from direct sunlight will extend their life.
IMPORTANT FLOWER CARE WARNING!
Never leave flowers in a hot car! Heat is the #1 enemy of fresh flowers.
- During warmer months, avoid exposing your flowers to extreme temperatures.
- If transporting your flowers by car, always turn on the AC first to cool the space before placing your flowers inside.
- Never leave flowers in a parked car, even for a few minutes! The temperature inside a vehicle can rise rapidly and cause flowers to wilt or die.
